The Hamptons Villa is a charming country residence situated on the waterfront in a tranquil setting
on the sunny side of Skarpö island in the Stockholm archipleago.
A free car ferry link (5 min) to Vaxholm (fishing village) leaves every 20 min.

This two level villa is approximately 230 m2, with four bedrooms two with double
beds, two with twin beds all located upstairs, two large bathrooms with heated floors one on each level, living room and furnished balcony.
Family room with large terrace overlooking the water. Beautiful dining room as well as library and TV room with cable and moblie wireless internet.
Fully equipped lovely country kitchen and a new Weber grill situated right outside the kitchen on the sundeck.
In total you can choose from three dining areas and two lounge areas on the property including one situated right by the sand beach.


The 3000 m2 property has a 400 m2 lawn with a sand shore - ideal for outdoor
activities, two docks for swimming, boating and fishing and two large sunning decks
i.e. one connected to the main house (including a Weber grill, two dining areas,
four sunning chairs, sitting group including sofa, two armchairs, a table and two
large parasols) and waterfront deck (including large sofa group, four sunning chairs
and one large parasol).

Bathhouse with Sauna and changing facilities is located on the waterfront deck.
The two docks provide boat docking possibilities.

Vaxholm fishing village is known as the "Pearl of the Archipelago" (to get a wonderful
photographic view of the village, go to google.no and write "photos of Vaxholm"). The villa is located approx. 1,5 km from Vaxholm, it is a 40 minute drive to the center of
Stockholm. Skarpö island, accessed by car, is known for its turn of century wooden country houses and beautiful forest walks. Its proximity to Vaxholm and Stockholm make it a perfect location. One restaurant is located on the island, plus numerous restaurants and shops in Vaxholm. Boat trips from Vaxholm to the center of Stockholm are available, along with boat trips to numerous islands in the archipelago, including Sandhamn.
